Master’s thesis "Business plan - expanding of the travel agency”, is focused on the preparation of a business plan, according to which it will be possible in the future to extend already functioning travel agency another business subject. In the theoretical part, on the basis of the available professional literature, the concepts concerning business, business plan and travel agency are outlined. In the analytical part, analyses are analysed which analyse the internal and external environment of the company and help in the design part. The design part consists of comprehensive steps, procedures and methods of a particular business plan for the expansion of the real travel agency.

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of current state of travel agency´s communication mix, where on the basis of gained results from the analysis and with help of marketing research, which is conducted through a questionnaire survey, are suggested such recommendation, which will lead to improvement of current communication mix and subsequently to raise awareness about travel agency, bigger competitiveness and increasing of sales.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with marketing research customer satisfaction for travel agency Invia.cz and also consumer behaviour analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with crucial concepts, in the practical part of this thesis are used methods and questionnaire survey. At the end of this thesis all data were evaluated and were made the suggestions for improvement leading for higher services quality in selected company.

The diploma thesis deals with marketing activities, specifically with communication mix of the travel agency INVIA.CZ. The goal of the thesis is to improve the company marketing communications with its customers by proposals that affect the elements of communication mix. The thesis is divided into 3 parts – theoretical, which contains important information from the field, analytical, which evaluates the current state of the company and its surroundings and proposals part, which includes suggestions to meet the set goal of thesis.

This proposal will leads to obtaining a higher number of clients and bigger competitiveness.

Proposal of Communication Mix in the Selected Company

The master thesis is focus on issue of travel agency, which acts as a mediator in the sale of tours to travel agencies. The thesis is structured into three main chapters. The first one is called Theoretical Basis of Work, which explains the basic concepts associated with the problem. Subsequently, another chapter called Problem Analysis and Current Situation is created. This chapter is processed through relevant analyzes. Finally, there is a chapter that contains suggestions for improving the current situation, which contribute to more effective promotion of propagation.

This Master's thesis deals with entrepreneurial prospectus of Invia.cz, Ltd company. The aim of the thesis is to propose a motion of the customer loyalty programme for the clients of the travel agency. The objective of my thesis is to create a simple and attractive loyalty programme, which will contribute to the creation of long-term relationship between the company and its clients as well as to gaining and obtaining customers in the competitive environment.
